Ventilation is very important for the longevity of your roof. If you do not have proper ventilation, the roof temperature and humidity can get to damaging levels. If your attic is too hot, air cannot escape causing shingles to curl and deteriorate much faster than they should, and this type of damage is not covered under any warranty. Avondale Roofing will make sure you are properly vented using standard vents or ridge venting in combination with proper soffit venting. We use Cobra Ridge Vent, and Snow Country Cobra Ridge Vents.

Insulation
