All GAF roofing systems installed by Avondale Roofing Inc., are unconditionally guaranteed against workmanship for a full six (6) years from the time of installation.  In addition, all GAF shingles are covered through a limited manufacturers protection plan ranging from a 25 year warranty to a limited lifetime warranty based on your choice of shingle.

Avondale Roofing Inc., will also provide you with a ten (10) year GAF Smart Choice - Warranty covering not only defective material but the labor involved in making any repair.  We feel that this is the most comprehensive warranty in the market today while all above mentioned warranties are included with all new Avondale Roofing systems.
